Managing Director of Mid-Atlantic Surety, has over eighteen years of contract and commercial bond experience. He is responsible for producing, marketing, and placement of domestic and international surety accounts. Fields of competence include large construction surety programs, financial statement analysis, environmental bond programs, international bond programs and marketing of large commercial surety bonds.

| John E. True, a Director of Mid-Atlantic Surety, has over twenty years of contract surety and insurance experience. John holds the designations of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). In addition to serving on the Mid-Atlantic Surety Board of Directors, John is responsible for sales, marketing, and placement of bond and insurance programs for the firm.
